So a friend of mine gave me this amazing thing I’ve never seen before.. Chilli peanut butter!!
So of course I had to make Janella Purcell’s Peanut butter rough. Though I totally customised the recipe ?
To make the chocolate:
– Cacao butter (melted over a double boiler)
– Cacao nibs
– Macadamia nuts
– Add sweetner, I used rice malt syrup and coconut syrup
– Cacao powder
– Hemp seeds ground
– Chia seeds
I poured this mixture into the base of my mould. I then added my chosen flavour.
– Goji berries
– Coconut flakes
– White mulberries
I then put the spicy peanut butter as the middle layer. And covered it with the remaining chocolate mixture.
I decorated with corresponding flavour on top. Et Voila!
